Your rental, explained.
The online estimate shows rent, selected extras and configured tax. The refundable security deposit is separate. Fuel, excess kilometres, damage and driver services depend on your agreed rental terms.
At pickup and return, staff record the vehicle condition, mileage, fuel and photos. Check your agreement with the team before you drive away.
For changes or cancellation after confirmation, contact the office. No cancellation penalty or insurance coverage is assumed by the website.

Your request reserves the requested period in our system. Our team confirms the vehicle, documents, deposit and final quotation before your rental is confirmed. Keep the private tracking link provided after submission.
What documents do I need for self drive?
A valid driving licence and NIC or passport are required. Our team will explain any additional requirements before handover. Please confirm your licence is valid for driving in Sri Lanka.
How are rental prices calculated?
Rentals are calculated in 24-hour periods, rounding up partial days. Where applicable, weekly and 30-day monthly bundles or seasonal rates are included in the estimate. Selected extras and configured tax are itemised; the refundable security deposit is shown separately.
Can I change or cancel a request?
Use your private booking link to cancel an unpaid request before confirmation. For confirmed bookings, paid requests or date changes, contact our team so availability and the agreed cancellation terms can be checked.
Can I arrange a driver or a custom tour?
Yes, select “With a driver” and share your route. Driver service and tour package pricing are subject to a tailored quotation from our team.
